Parents and Students Information

Greetings,

We are delighted to welcome you and your children to the new academic year. As a community, we look forward to working closely with you to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive and enjoy their educational journey.  We look forward to a safe, enriching, and successful academic year ahead!

Please review the important guidelines below:

  • Kindergarten–Grade 2: Parents of new students in Kindergarten through Grade 2 are welcome to accompany their children to the multipurpose room during the first days of school.
  • To ensure a smooth and safe transition during arrival and dismissal, the following schedule will be observed, however, upper grades siblings and other students who arrive earlier may also enter the building and line up in the All-Purpose Room.  :

  • During the class time, no students are allowed outside the school except for special projects, such as planting seeds, and with the written permission of the parents.
  • If a student becomes sick during school hours, parents will be contacted immediately. If the parents cannot be reached, the emergency number on file will be used.
  • Parents are welcome to enter the building through the Multipurpose Room Entrance.

 Student Assessment and Placement

During the first few weeks of school, we will continue to assess students’ language skills to ensure they are placed in the most appropriate learning environment. If a change in placement is recommended, we will discuss it with you to ensure it aligns with your child’s best interests.

Parents are encouraged to contact the ICEC officials, in person or via email at info@iraneducationalcenter.org any academic and non-academic concerns.
